Background
Latino Muslim Unity (LMU) is a grassroots movement and 501c3 nonprofit that unites Latinos and Muslims through community building and healing projects that redefine their narratives and promote positive social, cultural and economic change. LMU addresses the traumatic suffering of communities by sharing space, culture, food, stories of intersectionality and lived experiences across gender, race, religion, immigration and socio-economics. lmu POP-UP PROJECTS ACROSS THE U.s. has INSPIREd a cultural revolution of POSITIVITY AND COLLECTIVE POWER.
